Our Fleet and Vehicles

What electric vehicles do you offer?

We run a fully electric fleet comprising the Mercedes EQE, EQS and EQV saloons, the EQV and EQV Jet Class and the BMW i7. Each vehicle has its own seating and luggage capacity—see our fleet page for full specifications.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes. When booking, choose your preferred model and we’ll confirm availability. If your first choice is taken, we’ll offer a comparable alternative—read more on the fleet page.

How many passengers and bags will fit?

The EQE and EQS seat up to four passengers with two large suitcases; the EQV carries up to seven passengers with generous luggage space. Vehicle‑by‑vehicle details are listed on the EQS, EQEand EQV pages.

Booking and Payment

How do I book a chauffeur?

You can book online via our secure form, call us or email our reservations team 24/7. After confirming your details, we’ll send a booking confirmation—start your booking here.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing—see our <a href=”/terms-and-conditions”>terms and conditions</a> for details.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

For standard bookings full payment is due at confirmation. For longer hires or special occasions we may take a deposit and collect the balance before travel. We’ll let you know when you book.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

es. Contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel your trip. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pick‑up are free; later cancellations may incur a fee.

How far ahead should I book?

o secure your preferred vehicle, book as soon as you know your plans. We do accept same‑day requests subject to availability.

 

Coverage and Services

What areas do you cover?

We operate in Central London, the West End, Canary Wharf and all major London airports. We also travel to destinations across the UK. Just tell us where you need to go.

Do you offer hourly and day hire?

Yes. You can hire by the hour or for a full day, which is ideal for meetings, shopping or sightseeing. Request a bespoke quote here.

Can I include multiple stops?

Absolutely, just provide your itinerary when booking. Additional stops may extend the hire time and will be reflected in your quote.

Airport and Travel

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. We serve Heathrow, Gatwick, City, Luton, Stansted and private terminals. Your chauffeur monitors your flight, meets you with a name‑board and includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Learn more on our airport transfer page.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all flights and adjust pick‑up times automatically, so you won’t incur extra charges for delays. If you’re delayed in customs, additional waiting time is charged in 15‑minute increments.

How long does it take to reach Central London from the airport?

As a guide, Heathrow to Central London is about 60 minutes and Gatwick to Central London around 80 minutes, depending on traffic.

Sustainability and Safety

Are your vehicles really all electric?

Yes. Our entire fleet is powered by electricity, eliminating tailpipe emissions. We charge our vehicles using renewable energy where possible and plant a tree for every ride—see our sustainability page.

What safety measures do you follow?

Vehicles are serviced and inspected regularly. Our chauffeurs drive within speed limits and never use phones while driving. Cars are non‑smoking and fully seat belted.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. We supply infant, child and booster seats, however extra cost may apply. Please request them when booking.

How do you ensure hygiene and cleanliness?

Vehicles are valeted daily and sanitized between journeys. Hand sanitizer is available on board, and chauffeurs follow current health guidelines.

Occasions and Experiences

Do you offer chauffeur services for special occasions?

Yes. We provide bespoke transport for weddings, anniversaries, proms and other celebrations. Our team can coordinate multiple vehicles, decorations and red‑carpet arrivals—see our private chauffeur page.

Can I book a sightseeing tour?

Yes. We arrange customised tours of London and day trips to destinations such as Oxford, Stonehenge and the Cotswolds. Contact us to plan your itinerary.

Do you cater for corporate events and roadshows?

Amenities and Comfort

What amenities are included in your vehicles?

All vehicles come with complimentary bottled water and phone chargers. Wi‑Fi are available on request.

Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?

Bottled water is fine; we ask you to avoid full meals to keep the cars pristine. For longer trips we can arrange refreshments. Please enquire when booking.

Is smoking allowed?

No. All vehicles are strictly non‑smoking. If you need a break, your chauffeur will stop at a suitable place.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Small pets in carriers are welcome. Let us know in advance so we can prepare the vehicle.
