Heathrow handled more than 84 million passengers in 2025, a record for the airport. It sits about 15 miles west of Central London, and since 29 August 2023 it has been inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. Every Privev car is fully electric, so it meets the zone's standards with no daily charge.
Flight tracking and waiting time
Your chauffeur tracks your flight, so an early or late landing moves the pick-up with it. The first 60 minutes after your flight lands are free. After that, extra waiting time is charged.

As a guide, Heathrow to Central London takes about 60 minutes, depending on traffic. We also drive from Heathrow to the other London airports and to destinations across the UK.
Which car for Heathrow
The Mercedes EQS and BMW i7 seat up to three passengers with two large suitcases and two carry-ons. The i7 suits VIP arrivals. The Mercedes EQE takes up to three passengers with one large suitcase and two carry-ons. For families and groups, the Mercedes EQV carries up to six passengers with six large suitcases and two carry-ons.

Which Heathrow terminals do you cover?
All of them: Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights and adjust pick-up times automatically, so you won't incur extra charges for delays. If you are delayed in customs, additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments.
Do you drive between airports?
Yes. We drive between all London airports, for example Heathrow to Gatwick, and to the private aviation terminals at Farnborough and London Biggin Hill.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. We supply infant, child and booster seats, however extra cost may apply. Please request them when booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel your trip. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pick-up are free. Between 12 and 24 hours a 50% charge applies, and for less than 12 hours or a no-show 100% of the fare is payable. Weddings and multi-vehicle bookings have separate terms.
