How hourly hire works
The minimum booking is four hours. The same chauffeur and car stay with you from the first pick-up to the last drop-off: to a meeting, then lunch, then the next appointment, with the car waiting nearby in between.
You pay by the hour, VAT included, and the rate depends on the car and whether the trip stays inside the M25. Tell us your plans when you book, with as many stops as you need.
What people book it for
Business clients book a chauffeur for a run of meetings or a roadshow and work in the back between appointments. Others book an afternoon of shopping, dinner and a show, or a few hours of sightseeing. For longer days out of town we also run trips to Oxford, Stonehenge and the Cotswolds.

If your plans fill most of the day, ask for full-day hire instead. Tell us the times and we will quote for the day.
Every car is electric
The whole fleet is 100% electric, so a day of stops produces no tailpipe emissions. We plant a tree for every ride.

What is the minimum booking for hourly hire?
Four hours.
What is included in hourly hire?
Waiting time, parking, the Congestion Charge, bottled water and phone charging. Wi-Fi is available on request.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. Hourly hire has no mileage cap.
Which cars can I hire by the hour?
All of them: the Mercedes EQS, EQE and EQV and the BMW i7.
How much does hourly chauffeur hire cost?
Inside the M25, the Mercedes EQE is £75 an hour and the Mercedes EQS, EQV and BMW i7 are £90 an hour. Outside the M25, the EQE is £90 an hour and the others are £110. VAT is included, and the minimum booking is four hours.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel your trip. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pick-up are free. Between 12 and 24 hours a 50% charge applies, and for less than 12 hours or a no-show 100% of the fare is payable. Weddings and multi-vehicle bookings have separate terms.
