Privacy Policy How we use
your data
1. Who we are
Privev Ltd (company no. 13743334) is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB268705.
Address: Office 3.09, 48 Warwick Street, London W1B 5AW. Email: info@privev.com.
2. What we collect
- Bookings: your name, phone number or email, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, the car and service you choose, and anything you add in the notes, such as a flight number or a child seat request.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email: the same booking details, plus the messages you send us.
- Enquiries and partner requests: your name, email, phone number, company and message.
- Job applications: your CV and anything else you send with it.
- Payments: card payments go through our payment provider. We keep the invoice and payment records.
3. How we use it
- To quote for, confirm and carry out your journey, and to invoice you. We need this information to provide the service you ask for.
- To keep the records our Transport for London operator licence and UK tax law require.
- To answer enquiries, deal with complaints and keep our service safe. We rely on our legitimate interests for this.
- To consider job applications.
4. Marketing
We only send news or offers to people who have asked to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying or emailing info@privev.com.
5. Who we share it with
- Your chauffeur: the passenger's name, phone number and journey details, so they can collect you.
- Our service providers: Netlify hosts this website and receives the forms you send. Google Maps Platform suggests addresses and works out the route when you type an address on the booking form. We also use email, IT and payment providers and an accountant. Each one handles your data only on our instructions.
- Authorities: Transport for London, the police or HMRC, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data. The cars do not record journeys or carry cameras.
6. Data outside the UK
Netlify and Google may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by a safeguard UK law recognises, such as the UK-US data bridge or the standard contract clauses approved for the UK.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as we need it for the reason we collected it. After that, we keep it only where the law requires, such as for tax records, our operator licence or legal claims, and then delete it.
8. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising tools. Your browser stores a single note for the current tab so the opening animation plays only once, and it is deleted when you close the tab.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to our use of it, or withdraw consent you have given. Email info@privev.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the chance to put it right first.
10. Security
Forms on this website are sent over an encrypted connection.
11. Changes to this policy
