About London City Airport
The airport sits in the Royal Docks, about 6 miles east of Central London and around 3 miles from Canary Wharf, which makes it the closest airport to the City. It handled about 3.7 million passengers in 2025.
It is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. Every Privev car is fully electric, so there is no daily charge to pay on the way in or out.
Flight tracking and waiting time
Your chauffeur tracks your flight, so an early or late landing moves the pick-up with it. The first 60 minutes after your flight lands are free. After that, extra waiting time is charged.

We drive from London City to Canary Wharf, the City, your hotel or any other address in London. King's Cross, the West End and Mayfair are a direct drive.
London City to Heathrow, Gatwick and other airports
We drive between all the London airports, so a London City arrival can connect to a flight from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted or Luton. We also go to the private aviation terminals at Farnborough and London Biggin Hill.
Which car for London City
The Mercedes EQS and BMW i7 seat up to three passengers with two large suitcases and two carry-ons. The i7 suits VIP arrivals. The Mercedes EQE takes up to three passengers with one large suitcase and two carry-ons. For families and groups, the Mercedes EQV carries up to six passengers with six large suitcases and two carry-ons.

We track every flight and move the pick-up time automatically, so a late landing costs you nothing extra. The first 60 minutes after your flight lands are free. After that, extra waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. We supply infant, child and booster seats, however extra cost may apply. Please request them when booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel your trip. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pick-up are free. Between 12 and 24 hours a 50% charge applies, and for less than 12 hours or a no-show 100% of the fare is payable. Weddings and multi-vehicle bookings have separate terms.
