What Does Meet and Greet Mean for an Airport Chauffeur?

Meet and greet means your chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal when you come through arrivals. They hold a board with your name, take your luggage and walk you to the car. Every Privev airport pick-up works this way.

Where will my chauffeur meet me?

Inside the terminal, holding a name board. We cover every terminal at Heathrow (2, 3, 4 and 5), both terminals at Gatwick, and London City, Luton and Stansted. For private flights we meet you at the private aviation terminals at Farnborough and London Biggin Hill.

What if my flight lands early or late?

Your chauffeur tracks the flight, so the pick-up moves with it. You don't need to call ahead if you are delayed.

How long will the chauffeur wait?

The first 60 minutes after your flight lands are free, which leaves time for passport control and baggage reclaim. After that, extra waiting time is charged.

Will they help with my bags?

Yes. Your chauffeur takes your luggage from the terminal to the car. If you are travelling with a lot of it, tell us when you book: the Mercedes EQV takes six large suitcases and two carry-ons, and the EQS and BMW i7 take two large suitcases and two carry-ons.

Can you take me between airports?

Yes. We drive between all the London airports, for example Heathrow to Gatwick, and to the private terminals at Farnborough and Biggin Hill.

How long is the drive into London?

As a guide, Heathrow to Central London takes about 60 minutes and Gatwick about 80, depending on traffic. Each airport has its own page: Heathrow and Gatwick.

Is the car electric?

Yes. Every car in the fleet is fully electric, so the drive from the terminal produces no tailpipe emissions, and we plant a tree for every ride.

We run 24/7. Send us your flight number when you book your airport transfer, or read more on our airport chauffeur page.
