Is every Privev car electric?

Yes. We run four models: the Mercedes EQS, EQE and EQV and the BMW i7. There are no hybrids and no petrol cars, so your journey produces no tailpipe emissions. We charge the cars on renewable energy where we can, and we plant a tree for every ride. Our eco page has the details.

Can my company pay monthly?

Yes. Business account holders are invoiced monthly and settle the balance within 30 days. We also take all major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. Corporate accounts get a single contact for bookings, billing and priority support. The terms and conditions cover the rest.

Which car should I book for a business trip?

The EQS, EQE and i7 each take up to three passengers. The EQV takes up to six, which suits a team or a client group. The cabins are quiet enough to take a call or prepare for a meeting. In the i7, rear passengers control the climate, blinds and seats from panels in the doors.

Can you handle roadshows and company events?

Yes. We run multi-vehicle transport for conferences, award nights and roadshows, with multi-stop itineraries and account management. Our corporate chauffeur service page covers it.

What if our plans change?

Contact us as soon as you can. Cancelling more than 24 hours before pick-up is free. Between 12 and 24 hours a 50% charge applies, and with less than 12 hours' notice or a no-show the full fare is payable.
